A French Feel Lavender Field Elopement

Matt & Lauren

Among the lavender our couple Lauren & Matt wrote and delivered their own person vows to one another in this picturesque, Provençal style setting within fields and fields of lavender.

This elopement was all about keeping it natural and unrefined by incorporating materials such as wood, stone and silks to keep the setting feeling unrefined yet elegant.

Our bride wore an Essense of Australia lace wedding dress paired with a wild bouquet of seasonal flowers which included her favourite flower ‘peonies’. Our Groom wore a Hugo Boss tailored suit.

Following their vows our Wonderlust couple then moved onto a relaxed, summer picnic with which was set up on a pallet table. We added formality to the occasion by introducing a beautiful compote of colourful flowers and a soft pink cotton table runner.

Personal touches are so important to our clients when wedding planning, so to make this occasion truly personal, free hand illustrations were designed for the table stationery & a calligraphy table runner with our couples favourite song. We also created a menu of lavender- themed dining including some amazing dishes such as Lavender Salt Crusted Leg of Lamb, balanced with Sundried Tomato, Parmesan and Rosemary Palmiers, ending with a Chocolate Baileys or Lavender and Honey Cakesicles.

Whilst the sun was setting Lauren & Matt sipped on their celebratory glass of champagne and ate a piece of their beautifully designed pastel coloured cake to end their perfect, private day.
